Pros
The job is decent. The manger whom I work for is awesome. The job is easy but the pay is just too low and they don't give raises. This company is being cheap and it shows. The reason hey have trouble getting more clients is because no one stays longer than a few moths and they are constantly losing guards. If you want to be a better and more reputable company than you need to higher better and more qualified candidates however with the current pay rate and non existent raises that doesn't appear to be changing any time soon. Also the agreements with the clients are asinine. We were hired to do security. Not shipping and receiving along with many other non security related tasks.
Cons
Long hours, constantly changing shifts and no raise or paid time off. Only 1 uniform that was used. Employees are constant quitting or being fired because we only attract bottom of the barrel candidates.
