Pros

- Great co-workers. - Opportunities to work on new projects. - Ability to move around the company.

Cons

- Technical Documentation is very light, making it difficult to get new people up to speed. Then, when you want to produce more of it, there isn't enough time because every resource is attempting to just get their job done. - Language around RTO was very isolating for disabled/individuals requesting accommodations due to other limitations. It very quickly became a "Get on board, or leave" situation, even to people who had been with the company for years. The company had zero regard for personal situations, select disabilities and impacts to an individual's family (i.e. risking their safety for you to RTO). - There are very little women in roles of authority and those who are will go out of their way to isolate female staff by their culture/behaviors around pregnancy, motherhood, etc. It's very much this one-size-fits-all culture, that sees women as just needing to get out of the way if they decide to become mothers and are unwilling to give up any family time. - Rules for the company are very "Rules for Thee, but not me" especially when it comes to Sales. RTO was not wildly set for others and it caused issues for a lot of people who saw some departments having to radically shift their day-to-day to others who they never saw in office again.
