Pros
High tenure among employees (20+years on average), high pay for my role.
Cons
None honestly, they are very open to any constructive criticism and there are no micromanagers (at least at my branch). Only negative I have is I wish I could use my personal/sick days for things such as car issues, which is the only time I really ever take off work.
