Very team oriented, everyone there is to help you get better.
None at all. Expect you to work from 10-8 monday-friday and then 9-6 on saturday to work off straight commission. If you like having your day wasted away then by all means.
Cons
No base pay. Door to door selling makes you out to be one of those people everyone hates.
