      sometimes there's items that you get to take home, IE: partial of cases, cases opened, overages

      some people just try to do as little as possible, throwing people under the bus.

      Pros

      Small office. Kitchen in break room. Family-like atmosphere. Working with tenured employees. No cubicles and every day is different.

      Cons

      Public transportation is about a 15 minute walk away.

      Consistent full-time hours. Treated like a normal employee. Real opportunities to get hired on.

      Cons

      Overwhelming and stressful work. No room for overtime, even though nature of work could have easily justified it.
