      Pros

      Love my co-workers. Very flexible if you need to leave for emergencies.

      Cons

      Lack of management and interpersonal skills. Work Redundancy. Expensive health insurance. As a new employee, low pay for the work expected (know your worth!). Traffic is awful getting to work but then again not Dade Paper's fault.

      Pros

      Small office. Kitchen in break room. Family-like atmosphere. Working with tenured employees. No cubicles and every day is different.

      Cons

      Public transportation is about a 15 minute walk away.

      Consistent full-time hours. Treated like a normal employee. Real opportunities to get hired on.

      Cons

      Overwhelming and stressful work. No room for overtime, even though nature of work could have easily justified it.
