      GREAT pay!!!!! Not much else any more.

      Cons

      Too many changes in the past 3 years. Its very hard to know where you stand from day to day. Alot of new "managers" who don't know the business that Imperial is involved in.

      Pros

      Small office. Kitchen in break room. Family-like atmosphere. Working with tenured employees. No cubicles and every day is different.

      Cons

      Public transportation is about a 15 minute walk away.

      Consistent full-time hours. Treated like a normal employee. Real opportunities to get hired on.

      Cons

      Overwhelming and stressful work. No room for overtime, even though nature of work could have easily justified it.
