Pros

NONE this place is awful.

Cons

Lack of communication and management skills from supervisors. Went into a meeting and was not even able to tell my side as the manager walked out of the office. Lost two good employees to lies the supervisor reported. Absolutely ridiculous. Supervisors steal from the company and are losing money and managers above lack management of supervisors to know.

Pros

They are small, which I think may limit the damage caused by Imperial Contracting LLC to any employee that they decide isn't falling in line.

Cons

They openly and actively, via email communications, discrimininate against applicants by the applicants physical appearance and NOT on job qualifications of the candidates. They treat their employees horrible who complain about this practice. They retaliate against employees who bring up questions of sexual harassment. They do NOT investigate the claim(s) but retaliate against the complainent. Even after that person leaves employment due to the extreme hostile work environment by NOT sending the goverment required paperwork in a timely fashion and accurately. As of today, 11/1/18, this paperwork is 18 days past due. They have an employee in management who has a sever anger problem which they only address by repeated sending him to anger management (for at least 5 years now). If it hasn't worked yet the problem may not be addressed by classes. Let him throw his phone and scream and swear because he brings in money. Don't work here, their business plan is to work the employees as hard as possible before they find another employer. Money is their most important factor in all decisions.
