      1. Management takes care of all your concerns and issues very seriously 2. Stakeholders of particular function are very modest and intellectual, they understand and act very quickly 3, Your interest of work is always prefered. 4. People are friendly and the culture is very open 5. I have learnt a lot and the exposure has just said right!

      Pros

      All good, company is good and it is growing. Employees are helpfull, all managers are good, company has a really good product which is highly accepted in the US market.

      Cons

      There is not much cons in this org, very nice for starting your career. CEO is also supportive. Now company should look for growth.
