Pros
They win good clients and control the end to end recruitment process. Selling agents do a good job.
Cons
The administration staff are terrible. I was blamed and financially penalised for admin errors made by their compliance staff. They hired lawyers to cover up these errors and tried to get fees from me. They were unsuccessful. They also regularly breached my contracts and used multiple people to gaslight me.
