Working at Impala has been a blast since the moment I set foot in the door. Firstly, as someone who was never in the recruitment sector prior, the training is extremely thorough and gets you fully up to speed with the market while also being supported every step of the way. They hit the mark when it comes to building a challenging but rewarding culture, where everyone is encouraged to succeed but there is no end of help or guidance when there are any difficulties. From an individual perspective, the personal growth I have experienced here is huge, improving my professionalism, organisation, and motivation and generally helping me to realise what I can achieve in the right environment. I also couldn't have asked for a better group of people to be a part of, they come from all walks of life. The team events are always a laugh with the different personalities coming together and a few drinks tend to be involved! In terms of the rewards too, everything from the commission to the company trips are top tier, which always helps with pushing yourself to that next step. If you are experienced in the recruitment world or just starting out, there are few agencies in this industry that get everything as right as Impala.
