Greenwashing is not over yet and Impakter is the biggest representation of this problem. After leaving the company months ago there is still a group of people who have not received part or all of the salary that was stipulated with the management. During the time in the company the working environment was terrible (caused exclusively by the management), the salary was low and the working conditions and rights are non-existent. There is no Corporate Culture, no CSR no HR, any issue you have, needs to be dealt directly with the CEO. There are continuous and meaningless changes of strategy. No resources and tools to do your job, you will have to work with your own means. You will hear hundreds of promises from management that will never be fulfilled. Continuous disrespect to both employees and ex-employees. People being fired with a simple email after months of working for the company. 0 possibilities for growth. As a result, there is a huge employee turnover, (no one is able to last more than a few months under these conditions), leaving the company practically empty. If you want to keep your mental health, start building your career, and you are concerned about sustainability, this is definitely not the place for you. Let's put an end to greenwashing.
