I have been working with Impactiva for a number of years and I have to say that it is a company where the sky is the limit! It is a company where you are able to challenge yourself daily and push yourself outside of your comfort zone. Management is very accessible promoting a dynamic energetic environment with a healthy interchange of ideas. The company has an extremely strong technical/engineering background which permeates the entire organization. I am extremely proud of Impactiva's strong corporate culture of quality, honesty and integrity.

Company leadership is very confused about who they are and what the company should be. Change course and company mission allmost monthly...clients have a very negative outlook toward Impactiva. Three weeks of unpaid training during onboarding- not worth the investment. Expectation is 300-500 cold calls/week - very little existing business. Company leadership takes pleasure in filing suit against clients.
