Every company does have its Pros and Cons. In the past years, Impactiva did improve a lot, especially on company culture and staff benefit. Impactiva has its professional and strong P&Ps, you will learn a lot and become more systematic if you work here. Meanwhile, everyone is very nice (from management to staff). Good work atmosphere is another key reason why I work here long time. Around 33% of employees here have been working for more than 5 years.

As a global and fast growing company, Impactiva still has many areas to improve, like improve the benefit for local employees based in different countries.
