My tenure at ImpactQA so far has been a great learning curve and experience on various Tools and technologies, I have learned many new skills and I am thankful to Anshul Katara for always being so humble and adjusting his schedule to always be available to help and support me. Anshul is helping me with my career aspirations and has set path for my growth in the project as well in the organization. I find myself lucky to work with such a great mentor and happy to be associated with ImapctQA for pushing me on my growth skills in the company. Having clients from across the globe, there is very good chances on getting onsite travel on Business or H1 visa, company is helping on the same for top performers in the company every year.
Cons
I am looking for onsite opportunities as well. This year my PM said that they file my H1 visa for the US. Last I heard Senior Management is working with some attorneys in the US to make the filing process more smoother with >90% of success ratio.
