If you are not willing to wear multiple hats and roll up your sleeves and help where needed, this is likely not the best place for you.

None to speak of except that everyone was pleasant to work with. Overall it is poorly ran company that seems to be in near constant turmoil with infighting amongst leadership. The company appears to merely be a piggy bank for the owners.

Poor pay and benefits. There are benefits but they are so expensive and the pay is so low that nobody can afford them. The company mantra of “changing lives” only appears to apply to the owners and senior leaders of this family owned company. Everyone else gets below average pay. Veterans that are employed here did not even get Veterans Day off. It wasn’t until a complaint was lodged that the policy was changed.
