Pros

The challenging and toxic work environment makes the team developed a strong sense of camaraderie and support for each other.

Cons

Impact Theory for was one of the most painful work experiences. The company's mission of "changing lives" is a complete farce, especially when you consider the low-quality products they churn out. Tom, the head of the company, seems to live in a bubble, believing that his products can single-handedly transform people's lives. While he's generally a nice guy, his moments of public insults are both unprofessional and hurtful. But it's Lisa who truly makes this company a toxic environment. She preaches confidence and empowerment, but her behavior towards her team is anything but empowering. She's rude, arrogant, and treats her employees like disposable assets. Her tyrannical leadership style has driven countless talented individuals out of the company, her whole team has turned over multiple times. If you're looking for a company that values its employees and actually cares about its mission, Impact Theory is definitely not the place.
