Their work ethics are great

I get my wage on time

They bullies so is management they don't know how to deal with grievance they don't care we are just a number they bully you into doing more work over what you should be doing they have unlicensed guards in CCTV room viewing all customers in day timed..they have relief guards doing nights when they no nothing about alarms fire n intruder they are securing over millions of pounds building they not bothered who they put it in their at nights they employ oaps who sleep in CCTV do absolutely nothing but sit in CCTV get everyone else to carry him walks out of the building when fire alarm sets off cos he don't no what to do they get rid of good guards they ignore your messages text complaints grievances nothing gets sorted the amount of work for all guards are different so you could be off more than your on in a month which is no good they seem to think it's ok to take money of you n give you 9.5 hours for 9 days holiday yet the rest after that is 12 hours no reason they dont give a reason n your out of pocket again
