Pros
Best work culture I've ever worked in. It's clear the management team cares about employees of all departments. Very minimal work drama as the company encourages staff to be solutions oriented and to speak up if they see areas that could use improvement. Great benefits. Home / work balance is highly encouraged. Lot's of opportunity for personal and professional growth.
Cons
The company is consistently growing at a rapid pace, so systems need to change to keep up with the increased workload. If you are someone who likes / needs everything to be in black and white, with everything defined, this may not be the best fit for you. At Impact, the goal is defined and you often have some freedom as to how you get there. Because of that you need to be self driven.
