Pros

Great managers, excellent training and high pay for entry level sales. Already making good money.

Cons

Fast paced company. Your peers and managers are eager to help but they move at such a fast pace it is hard to get time with them. Or maybe it is hard to ask knowing how busy they are.

Pros

Best work culture I've ever worked in. It's clear the management team cares about employees of all departments. Very minimal work drama as the company encourages staff to be solutions oriented and to speak up if they see areas that could use improvement. Great benefits. Home / work balance is highly encouraged. Lot's of opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Cons

The company is consistently growing at a rapid pace, so systems need to change to keep up with the increased workload. If you are someone who likes / needs everything to be in black and white, with everything defined, this may not be the best fit for you. At Impact, the goal is defined and you often have some freedom as to how you get there. Because of that you need to be self driven.

Pros

It is a positive work culture, where we are truly a team. I can count on my co workers to go above and beyond to be helpful and I would do the same for any of them. We have a lot of pride in our work and our company. I have seen people go from front desk to top level management. They believe in their employees and give them every opportunity to grow within the company. I truly love my job and the positive environment we work in. I am sincerely grateful to work here.

Cons

All jobs have their cons, but I honestly can't think of one. Not being coy, I just can't think of one thing to complain about.
