Fast paced company. Your peers and managers are eager to help but they move at such a fast pace it is hard to get time with them. Or maybe it is hard to ask knowing how busy they are.

Best work culture I've ever worked in. It's clear the management team cares about employees of all departments. Very minimal work drama as the company encourages staff to be solutions oriented and to speak up if they see areas that could use improvement. Great benefits.
