If you want to work for an employer who cares and appreciates the workforce then impact futures is the place to be. The company rewards those who work hard and have the right behaviours and attitudes towards learners and staff members. How many organisations have you worked for that send little gifts through the post to say thank you or to celebrate key occasions.? It blew my mind that a company could be so thoughtful and generous. Sometimes it's the little things that make the big difference. The senior management team are forward thinking and are always looking at ways to build upon and enhance processes, systems and benefits for employees. Learners are at the heart of decisions made and excellent relationships are in place with some of the largest employers. Empathetic and understanding line manager who sees people as individuals with lives outside of the organisation and not just work colleagues. CEO is a genuine and authentic person who wants the best for his workforce and the learners we support. Remote working and flexible approach if you just need to nip to the shop. Opportunities for progression. Trust that is demonstrated in the workforce By far the best place I have ever worked in.
