Office environment could be stuffy, some benefits to be desired.

Great people on the floor. There was good plant Supervisor that done all the maintenance work and truly tried to take care of each and every employee.

Management lies and does not do what they say. They talk about employees to other employees. Make big claims to improve the plant and machines but nothing ever gets done. Then when people do leave weither fired or quit everyone puts them down there is not one person who knows how to do the job or that can even be trusted.
