Pros

Going on my third year at Impact Digital I can safely say this has been my best career move. I have worked for different companies in the past where its very easy to feel stuck in your position at a young age, where the higher ups are in there 40s and 50s and it feel like you'll never reach that unless you are there for 15+ years. This is definitely not the case here. Hard work is noticed and rewarded. The personal running the company sit at normal desks with everyone else, its a very laid back environment and you never feel like you are disturbing. You never feel as though you cant have a conversation with anyone. Plenty of talented artist, each with their own specialities. I came in with my expertise and knowledge and was blown away at what other were doing in my own field. Everyone shares their techniques and it has been an awesome environment to grow in. Working on campaigns and big projects that will be on display all over the globe. When you see that hard work pay off its a really good feeling. Great views. Great terrace. Subway right into the office.

Cons

Obviously this is work, and this is a fluctuating industry. Be prepared to have days that are super slow, as well as days that you feel like will never end. Most of the office is open air like a huge loft, so at times it can get really noisy and a little distracting.

Pros

The work is always getting better. The producers drive the retouchers to only produce the best work they can. Retouchers are tested with each project allowing for vast improvement over time. It's a positive learning environment. Most employees are extremely passionate about their job.

Cons

The pace of work takes little consideration of the employees' time. There is a false reward system where working exceedingly long hours (at least 10-12 hours/day) will allow more time off, but in the end there is never a good/permitted time for the employees to use that banked/earned time off. In order to work here you MUST be very passionate about and committed to the job.
