Impact in a “for profit” business. Which most businesses are, understandably. This company manages mobile home communities - and increases the rent just enough for people to be able to afford it but also enough where people can’t afford to leave. They ask so much of their residents but do nothing in return. I was asked to put bandaids on problems that needed a full restructure. Residents have gone without water for days at a time. There’s been incidents where sewage has been coming up from the ground and they don’t fix it. And as long as they are “actively” looking for a solution per there lease that’s enough.
