      Pros

      Worked with my schedule as a mom of two boys and gave me a free membership to gym.

      Cons

      Management never understood what all we did and constantly told us to do more. Other employees not following rules at all.

      Pros

      Awesome boss and people to work for. Great place to work if you are a self-starter, no micro-managing! More job security and room to move up now that they are with the Rogers Group.

      Cons

      Only con is that now they are based out of Clare, MI with the Rogers Group.

      The majority of the people were great to work with, room to grow.

      Schedule was all over the place and inconsistent. Can't really be full-time
