      If you're a new graduate full of curiosity and excitement, it's a good place to start your career. You learn a lot and you might have occasions to show yourself if you're in the right projects with the right people. Work-life balance, remote work flexibility are also great.

      Cons

      The organisational aspects could be much better: it sometimes felt chaotic. Career growth and compensations were not clear. In the long run, you might want to move on to your next chapter.

      Pros

      The workplace is very informal, nice and friendly. There are many chances of working with great B2B clients (financial institutes and insurance companies) on large projects and the learning rate is stunning. Good company culture and a promising liquid company hierarchy.

      Cons

      The career path is not always clear as it should be. In some cases, consultancy on-site may last very long, finding yourself far from home for the 80% of your working time. Slow management. Lack of corporate identity.
