The culture is amazing, everyone is very friendly and they prioritize their workers.

Not many people go into the office, usually just once a week and even then not everyone goes into.

Pros

Nice office, friendly environment, smart coworkers, free beers!

Cons

CEO/founder is slowly receding from view. No 401k match. High sales team turnover. Sprinting from trend to trend to please the board. Updates to the product have been performative, insubstantial, even grasping ("now with AI!"). Lumpy revenue. Quiet layoffs every 1-2 quarters. The customers are talking...
