Many negative reviews and few positive reviews. This is an attempt to give a fair review for the company. So here goes: Pro: Potentially playing a key role to bring a life saving oncology drug onto the market. It's a relative small company which will require multi-tasking many projects with very tight and aggressive deadlines, which has the benefit of gaining valuable knowledge and experience for your career. Excellent health benefits at very low cost (including family). Despite the very busy schedule and long hours, vast majority of the staff are friendly and collaborative and striving to achieve the common goal of getting manufacturing up and running, re-filing, and the eventual approval.

Internal systems are not mature and outdated causing delays of document approvals and receiving materials for manufacturing. The company is on a aggressive deadline to resume routine manufacturing, causing very long hours, working on weekends, and high stress for personnel. This has caused high turnover within the company for at least three years. The company is currently under third party party oversight, which causes friction between full time employees and consultants.
