      Pros

      Company pays well and there are some good people throughout the company.

      Cons

      Waltham location is an awful location. No public transportation and is typical to take 45 minutes from the Waltham exit to the company due to traffic. HR Department Leadership is difficult to deal with. Always seems like you are being judged when you meet with HR management. Benefits were good to start but the company is continuing to reduce the benefits. Vacation time is below average for industry. Company has too many upper management and not enough people in place to get the job done.

      Pros

      I joined ImmunoGen about six months ago and feel so fortunate each time I walk in the door to work. The culture is amazing, but most of all the people I am working with are super smart and it feels like a big family. The company provides a wonderful work-life balance, and management is very supportive of individual goals. The benefits are absolutely amazing - cost is 100% paid by the company. They also provide other perks, like a week to work from home when I got my puppy! The best part is we are helping people with cancer, and I have been personally touched by cancer in my family, so this is very personal to me as well. I have worked at another biotech, and the culture was very different. Happy to be part of this.

      No cons. I made an excellent career choice and am so fortunate to be part of this team.
