She is very passionate about the success of our company and ensuring that our entire team is rewarded. Please make sure to chat with our HR department about the specifics to how you feel micromanaged. We are a healthcare company and documentation is part of several regulations we abide by. Though it may seem odd to have to put in notes after a call and ensure billing agreements and HIPAA forms are completed thoroughly, we do these things to ensure our future clients & current clients fully understand what they are enrolling it and also to assist you in knowing what had been agreed upon when following up with clients.
