Pros
You won't get headache/being pressurised by work, pretty much all of the job is automated (ofc you have to do manual testing too - but the system is already built for simple tasks so you can spent more time doing deeper tests)
Cons
A little bit of lacking stability, sometimes there's so much project to work with, but that's a rare situation - it's already in the proccess of being fixed, I already saw the results
