Joined about six months ago during a period of significant change. There's been a lot of turnover and the hiring bar has clearly gone up, so the engineering org is becoming stronger than it was (but slowly). More importantly, the way of working and how decisions get made have improved a lot, clearer ownership, faster calls, and better outcomes

Platform and internal libraries aren't mature enough yet, so teams end up rebuilding things that should be shared (and a lot of legacy that nobody knows). There's also a lot changing at once, which makes it genuinely hard for engineers to keep track of what's changing and why, more communication around the changes would help. Compensation is also not the most competitive on the market

- Difficult to implement new processes - No clearly defined objectives - Lack of data strategy
