Back then the team held to high quality of work and service standards. Old team truly cared for the clients who paid thousands of dollars for their immigration applications. Took pride in their work.
Cons
Management’s direction started to stray from initial values and became a sales-focused company that just wants to clock in sales without caring. Company incentives and gives in to sales people who does well through unethical and dishonest claims while downplaying the efforts of earnest employees who had the company’s best interests at heart. Frequent pay revision and plenty of excuses to staff that company is not doing well when everyone is well aware of the company’s sales. All the good staff had left the company.
