Pros

Free Pizza days, some long time working employees are decent people.

Cons

My experience with this company was disappointing due to a lack of transparent communication and constructive feedback. Despite initial impressions, employees are often treated as mere resources rather than valued team members. Internal processes are disorganized, and management is resistant to change, even when employees voice concerns and suggest improvements. Additionally, frequent crunch periods are expected, contributing to a stressful work environment. Unfortunately, these issues make it a challenging place to work in the long run.

Pros

Small independent company, soothing quiet atmosphere, events like pizza fridays, awesome office, management never puts their nose into your work.

Cons

The last statement is actually a con -- you never get any feedback about your job. The communication in the team is poor, everybody is highly separated, and as a result -- a lot of work done just does not combine into a single piece. And when you are doing something wrong -- for some reason nobody will tell you, until it grows into serious consequences. Management has no problem in resorting to basically LYING straight into your face. Also, people with little understanding about game design should not be that influential in the actual process of development, because right now here it is really common when: "Oh, i thought about one cool feature, we should add this into the game", even thought there is no way it would fit into the game stylistics, and there is no way to reason them. Overall, the development process is scattered, nobody knows what we are actually doing.
