      Pros

      Employees are incredibly kind and can take up a good time of your day if you let them. I've gone out to drinks with plenty at the home office. The relationships are real.

      Cons

      None. The only thing I can complain about is how busy it gets out of nowhere, but I'm in IT, it's going to happen.
