Everything from reading a devotion before a meeting to naming our conference rooms after our CHRIST promises is part of keeping the culture central to everything we do!
We appreciate the feedback on everyone being welcoming too. Accountability is an important part of keeping our culture in tact, so striving for fairness is something that is top of mind as well. Definitely let the HR or compliance departments know if there's any way that we can serve in that effort. Thanks for the feedback. :)
