Pros
It's rare to find a company that somehow hits all the marks: technically interesting problems, working alongside a team of talented individuals, lead by management that *really* cares. You're given a lot of autonomy in your work and therefore, there are tons of opportunities to grow quickly. No ego workplace, it's clear that everyone is working towards the same goal: growing the product to be the best it can be. Management that focuses on the well-being and growth of their employees. Excellent time off and flexible working policies make it easy to achieve a good work-life balance. The company is poised to grow massively an exciting industry with the potential to massively change how we interact with and think about images on the web. Things have only been getting better for us since I first joined.
Cons
Any concerns that I've voiced to management have been addressed. They do a great job maintaining a culture of open conversation and transparency, so there are no red flags here. As others have mentioned, there are growing pains associated with being part of a startup like this. If you revel in the idea of being able to contribute to cutting-edge work like this, even if it requires getting out of your comfort zone sometimes, then this is the place for you.
