You cannot go for tea or to have food in between. It is like jail, the timings are 1-1.30 PM for lunch and Tea break at 11-11.15 AM and 4-4.15 PM. 2 coupons per day to have tea. All managers are useless, All TL’s are holding bucket to managers. They will speak at your favour when you face them. But actually they will give negative feedback If you have finished your work you will have to sit simply. You cannot leave for the day.If you left then you will have to reply to mails in the next morning for the you will have to answer many questions asked in seminar room. You don’t have any internet connection to check your personal mail and no chat engine to chat with friends. There is an internal chat engine. If you have chatted much with using that then they will access the data base and they will look at your chat. CEO use to stand at the gate and if you come late then he will ask why are you coming late ? Immediately he will call to his room and start questioning. CEO will scold if you are having food 9 PM onwards in canteen. What are you doing here. He wants works to be completed but not allowing to sit after 9 in the campus. You cannot get good hike at all. It ranges from 400 to 1500 Rs.Even if you are getting less salary then also you will get only 1000 Rs. They are taking bond of 2 years for fresher’s and 1 yr for experienced candidate.If you are leaving with in bond period then you must have to pay 1 lakh to get the documents. And there are no good tools to learn. If still you are interested to join then you will suffer throughout your life.
