Pros

- Collaborative and approachable leadership – your ideas are heard and appreciated. - Exposure to real client work from early on, which fast-tracks learning. - Supportive team culture with helpful seniors who genuinely want you to grow. - Flexible work environment and clear communication from management. - Opportunity to work on modern tech stacks and real-world challenges.

Cons

Some internal processes are still being streamlined, but nothing that affects day-to-day work. It’s actually nice to see the team actively working on refining things.

Pros

This organisation don't have any pros. A big no from my personal experience.

Cons

A big no from my personal experience. From the very first day, instead of proper onboarding, induction, or completing paperwork formalities, I was asked to start working. Within the first hour of joining, I was expected to begin work without clarity on documentation or salary breakdown. I was informed that the salary structure would be shared later in the appointment letter, which I did not receive during my time there. Another concern for me was the level of monitoring. Even when I took a lunch break and updated my status on Microsoft Teams, I received calls regarding my availability. Being even a few minutes late also led to immediate follow-ups. This was my experience from the first day. When I followed up multiple times regarding the appointment letter, I did not receive clear timelines, and the responses felt discouraging. Overall, the environment felt quite stressful and not aligned with my expectations of a professional workplace. I chose to take a stand for myself and left within 4 days of joining. Based on my experience, I would advise candidates to carefully clarify documentation, expectations, and processes before joining.
