Great work-life balance with top-notch benefits. You may have to work late/from home sometimes when the company needs you to, but that is balanced with the ability to work from home when YOU need to; it’s more than just a fair trade!!!
Management at all levels really seem to care about their employees. I have personally seen this mindset, which starts at the top of the organization, as Paul House, our CEO, has called me several times to talk and do a check in with me. What?!?!? I can count on one hand how many times this has happened in my 16-years as a professional and 3 of them have been here at IMDEX. This is also reflected in my department as our Global department leader is ALWAYS open to have a conversation about anything and everything. Leadership is always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping you, if needed.

I have had the opportunity to meet people from all over the world and because of it I’ve met some of the most talented people ever during my short time at IMDEX and I see it as the perfect place to give me the opportunity for both lateral and upward career development. It is motivating to be exposed to the creative and sometimes world-changing thoughts, ideas, and vision the company has for itself and its industry.
I would not hesitate to recommend IMDEX as a place to work but would encourage anyone who is looking for a company to thrive in as well as develop themselves both personally and professionally, that IMDEX should not just be looked at but should be sought after as your employer of choice!
Cons
The culture at IMDEX is developing, especially as we have new leadership. What I am able to confidently share is that the company is cognizant that it is not perfect and the organization is not just open to change but drives it by looking for opportunities to not just “be better” but is seeking out ways in which is can be THE best for its employees as well as their customers.
