      Pros

      Very positive and supportive environment, great researchers, lots of flexibility. Admin is very helpful and takes care of most bureaucracy. Very nice atmosphere among students and faculty.

      Cons

      Student salaries could be higher, although they are sufficient for Madrid's living costs.

      - Open and progressive research environment, renowned scientific members, excellent international reputation - Fantastic administrative support - All communications are in English, so attractive for international researchers - Friendly workplace

      Cons

      - [Minor and manageable] Slightly far away from the center of Madrid, and public transport could be tricky at times
