Pros

great teams - some of the best people i've worked along side (sans leadership) legitimate science - this isn't your father's theranos pretty nice wlb - half day fridays during summer, 20 day PTO, very easy to take time off

Cons

no 401k match, no gym stipend, no wfh stipend, free health plan is weak (high copays/high deductible) and you'll need to spend money for a good plan (company does cover good portion of the cost). For a health company, it should've been much better. feels very top heavy - leadership has made some pretty bad calls regarding business direction and more importantly culture of the company with some rumors regarding poor treatment of pride month. Just not what you should expect from an Austin based startup product feels stagnated. team feels tired from being pulled in many directions that ended up being a waste of time while the product itself is health testing, the company is largely a tech company; yet seems to have no real tech leadership at the executive level

Pros

Being in the health industry, it is great to have leadership that is empathetic and puts people first. There are growing pains (as with any start-up) but the transparency and inclusion makes the imaware™ team feel like a family. - Competitive pay - Great culture (No pressure to compete with one another, coworkers are always willing to help, fun activities) - Lots of potential in the health tech industry for growth

Cons

- No 401K match (yet)
