      I couldn't find any positive thing in this worst organization.

      Cons

      No professionlism, directors harass the employees, abuse employees, salary is always late, they expect you to work till late after office hours without giving overtime pay, they deduct pf without depositing it in the pf account, in some cases there were no pf accounts created even when the deductions are taken place. A complete fraud company.

      Pros

      Amazing place to work and highly supportive work culture . The energy and positivity of owners and colleagues are amazing . This company is really the one Indore should watch for . I have just was some negative feedback here in relation to late salaries and non cooperative seniors . I have been working in organization since last 2 years and let me tell you just one thing just come to office once sit for 1 hour you will understand the work culture here at IMAST it is amazing
