1. Focus on Communication Skills with a lot of Presentations 2. Soft Skills Training 3. The score is based on Mock Interview performance and no written test. 4. The Main Focus is on basics and use of technology. 5. Divide the whole batch into teams and give more scores for team effort.
Cons
1. This course is not for everyone we need to have a clear understanding and clarity on what we want to achieve by going through this course. 2. They are business-minded and they will be candidates even if they are not the right fit to get placement. I have seen a Pharmacy student enrolled in this course with promising placements 3. They will say we provide 100% placements but that's not true and most of the candidates will be selected into an intern/apprentice role.
