      Compensation and work-life flexibility is good.

      Cons

      You will be paid well if you know what your are doing and can execute ; on the other hand, you may have to work with people in non-engineering roles who may lack both the training, experience and depth to be efficient and effective coworkers as they have alot of junior people.

      - Sustainable competitive advantage for at least the next ten years - Big name Fortune 500 clients - Competitive salary - Many genuinely kind, intelligent, and determined coworkers

      - Severely understaffed and hemorrhaging employees, which leaves current employees overburdened - Power struggles within senior management cause business decisions and operations to be bias and complicated - The majority of employees are no longer excited or even engaged, which has caused very low morale and a culture of not caring resulting in many oversights and downstream business issues
