Pros
I really enjoy working for the company. I have never worked for a company where the owner or the CEO is so open and accessible to speak with about anything that is going on. I love the fact that when I have an issue on a job I can reach out to any of the other people in the company and pick their brain about what the issue is. Everyone is always willing to help everyone at any time.
Cons
The only downside is I wish there would be raises given more often. It has been a long time since we have gone through a raise. The only nice thing that offset's this is now there is a bonus system in place for billable hours and but would great to see a raise in the salary at times.
