      Relaxed Environment Decent pay Pick your own hours

      Cons

      Company has very little structure. They have no training set in place to bring new hires up to speed. Current employees are overworked. I worked here 5 months before i was placed with a "mentor" to shadow but i was told not to ask him any questions because i could not impede his progress.

      Pros

      Great group of people, they are smart and willing to help. Most of the clients are good, but a few need to have their expectations reset to a reasonable level

      Cons

      Annual layoffs. Last year they did three, not much job security. We all worry every fall about who is going to be let go.
