Imagine is one of the most welcoming places. Children's ideas and voices are respected in a safe and loving environment. They try hard to build a sense of community.

Raises are scarce and turnover has been high in the past.

The coworkers were all really nice and had a lot of shared experiences. They hired a lot of ex-teachers as we knew the education world and only had to learn the sales side.

The in office demands are outdated and the upper management started to micromanage where we sat and what the lighting looked like. Things became toxic and I had to leave.
