1. Good Pay 2. People are helpful and cooperative 3. They provide lunch few times a year even though there is no job security. 4. Location of the company is good.
Cons
1. You never know when they will start laying off people. 2. This company is unstable and is not growing. 3. Not much focus on new product innovation, they just have a few products. 4. Imagine operates on a quarter basis (a quarter is three months) at the end of the quarter if they find out that sales are down they start laying off people.
